Advance Care Directives Framework

It was announced during the final session of the AABHL Conference in Queensland that members would be informed when the national Advance Care Directives Framework was released by Health Ministers.

The finalised Advance Care Directives Framework is now Australian national policy and is available on the AHMAC website at http://www.ahmac.gov.au/cms_documents/AdvanceCareDirectives2011.pdf
